Ottley Family Reunion 2012

Every year my mom's family has a big, and I do mean BIG, family reunion. This year it was at Fall Creek. We have come there many times and it was fun to take my girls (steven was working). We only stayed for a few hours because it we got rained out, but it was fun to see family I hadn't seen in a few years! Gotta love my mom's brothers and sisters, this is all 7 siblings.

Pack Saddle Lake

 We went camping for the first time as a family a few weeks ago and it was so fun! The girls did great in the tents and sleeping bags! We had food, fun, and a took a slippery trip down to the lake. Kate loved every minute of playing with her cousins, she talked about it for days after we got home.

We recently went to the Zoo and the girls loved it! They got to pet a donkey and sit on the tiger. WOW! It was really fun and the animals were really active. We love our little family.

St. George

So I've been a little behind at blogging lately. We went to St. George in May with our bestest friends and had a blast! Love you Jess and Brian!

I just love this little girl SO much. She is really growing up and isn't so 'little' anymore. I think she will always be my baby, but she is growing out of that fast! She's smart as ever and is SO happy! I wanted to capture a few of the things she says these days! Hilarious!

She loves reading, playing outside, changing her clothes about 10 times a day now, going potty ALL by herself, and LOVES to play with, and sometimes torment, Ellen. She is so great and such a joy. She told me the other day I was doing something wrong and that I needed to, "pay attention mom! you have to pay attention!" She is great and we sure love her!

Eggs Festivities!

We had such a great weekend! Family came to town and we had an egg hunt and played with cousins! We had delicious food (thanks Mom) and lots of great company! Kate LOVED playing with her cousins and is sad to see them go home. We had an excellent Easter dinner and a wonderful Family Home Evening lesson about the Savior and His resurrection for us. Thanks for such a fun weekend. Love you all.

Oh we also had an awesome egg hunt for ours girls Sunday morning (tradition) and they loved it! Ellen was squealing with delight and Kate was finding eggs like crazy! Then Kate continued to hide eggs for Ellen because she thought it was so fun! Then we got ready for church in our new pretty Easter dresses from Grandma Anderson! Thanks Mom! What a joy these two are!
